Letts GCSE 9-1 Revision Success – GCSE Combined Science In a Week (or Two) Paperback – June 1, 2018

Easy to understand

Not only does this book cover all the content for the new Combined Science GCSE with a very good revision timetable for a two week period (14 Days). It also has a glossary, periodic table, relevant physics equations and an index. The book also indicates sections that are purely for the higher tier as well as content for working scientifically. There were, however, no suggested answers to the working scientifically sections, and I did wonder at times whether there was enough information provided to answer some of the questions set in the text. But you must remember that this is only a revision text, a text that is not meant to provide huge amounts of information. In most cases, the student will have done all the hard work prior to purchasing this book and use it simply as a revision aid to jog their memory on topics they will have already covered in greater detail. However, I would still highly recommend this text as an excellent revision tool. I hope you find my review helpful.
