I have had issues with wifi baby monitors in the past. When looking for a more stable Option this product came across my feed. I must say I was hesitant at first to spend $100 on a radiowave monitor but it has been the best investment. I love the quality, the connection is great, even on different floors. The monitor screen holds charge well and the picture, especially night vision is impeccable. I cannot recommend this product enough. Great quality and usability, as well as value!

My husband and I hand used wifi cameras normally, but this camera is great - especially when traveling! So easy to plug in and go! I think it's a great value compared to other name brands and has a good image and sound quality. I like that I can rotate it and zoom in once also. Night vision seems good enough too and the screen is large.

This cameras great, works easily with 2 cameras. The screen is nice and big and it switches back and forth for 2 kids. The sound is decent, it can stay unplugged and usually make it through the night. The real reason I am writing a review is for the customer service. This camera replaced our last one when it broke, and I hadn't had it that long! So we got this one and it was great until the plug stopped working...the cord was finicky about how it was being placed, and then one day it just wouldn't turn on. So I just emailed customer service and they got back to me within an hour to say that even though my product was past warranty, they'd send me a new one. As an overwhelmed parent, that made my day!! One less thing to worry about! The next day they emailed me back to say it was on the way. If that's not good customer service, then I don't know what is!! Thanks HelloBaby for being so understanding and not making me buy a 3rd monitor in only 3 years!!

Great, reliable product! Video and sound quality is excellent. We’ve used this since our now 2 year old was an infant, and love the 360 degree swivel view now that he’s transitioned to a “big boy room”. I contacted customer service recently and they were very quick to respond and easy to work with!

I loved this product. It is easy to set up and use with many different options. My only issue was that over time it became very difficult to charge my monitor screen. I have to wrap the cord in a very specific way and sometime it doesn't charge all night. It may have just been my monitor, because I didn't see anyone else having those issues in the reviews.

This monitor is super easy to use and setup. It also holds a charge for a long time so you can carry it around with you around the house. The image quality is average for this kind of baby monitor. It has a long range! You won't have any issues with connection even if you have a very large home. Or need to walk out to get your mail. Because its a wifi free monitor you dont have to worry about anyone hacking into your monitor. You would have to have physical access to the camera to connect with it and also be within range. I feel like my toddler and baby are safe with this monitor

I’m using this to see when I have a package on my porch. I specifically wanted something with no wifi or apps required. I place this against the side panel window next to my front door. I believe this can’t be used on exterior of house because not weatherproof, so its in the house. The camera needs to be plugged into a wall outlet, which the length of cord is 6 feet. I love using the tilt function so I can make the lens move to see side to side, up or down my porch. The only problem I have is night vision because the glare from my glass window. That is not the fault of this unit. The night vision works well if its not shooting through glass window like I’m using it for. The screen can be on the entire day if I wanted without going into sleep mode. When charged, it can last longer than a day for sure. It does show battery life on top right side of display. It works well for the purpose I’m using it for. The only issue is when its very bright outside, the image has portions of screen when its just white and not able to see clearly. Again, since I’m not using this for the purpose of monitoring babies, it has limited ability. Not the fault of this at all. If it was used to display interior of house, the image is crisp and works well to monitor babies or pets. The speaker and sound works well. 5” screen is a great size to have.

This camera is awesome! We bought two and have one that travels to the grandparents and we couldn’t be happier. No Wi-Fi to worry about, which was key for us as I’ve read some of those have security issues. Night vision is perfect. Pan/tilt function allows me to see the entire nursery. Originally, both sets of grandparents had just a speaker with no video capabilities, but our kids often would wake up and make noises, so we would assume they were ready to get up. Turns out, our kids are just noisy sleepers! With this, we can see that just because they cry out or make noise, doesn’t mean they are even all the way awake. I would never be without a video monitor again! This thing also appears to be durable as our 14 month often finds it and drops it on the floor repeatedly. Lastly, it holds a great charge.

This is the second time I order this monitor, because I accidentally broke the first one. I looked for other options but this has been the best. I tried hybrid cameras but they’re so unreliable, I was hesitant when first buying this since it’s Bluetooth only but it’s been perfect. The connection is strong, no buffering. I can sleep soundly while my baby is in his own room knowing I will hear him and can see him whenever he wakes up for a feed. Whenever I’m out and he’s being watched by the nanny, she can go all the way outdoors and the connection would still be solid. The only thing I prefer would be for the volume to be through buttons on the side instead of being on the screen only. Whenever my baby wakes up I reduce the volume immediately to avoid waking up my husband and it would be easier to do that with physical buttons.

I was specifically looking for a baby monitor that didn’t rely on an internet connection, since I didn’t want to keep my phone screen on constantly. This Hello Baby monitor solved that perfectly. The camera needs to be plugged into external power, while the monitor is rechargeable and holds charge for several days. It connects quickly and has been very reliable. The video quality is sufficient for its purpose, and the night mode works surprisingly well. There’s no noticeable lag in the video feed. The screen graphics do feel a bit low-resolution by today’s standards, but the image quality itself is clear enough for monitoring your baby, which is what matters. I do wish the pricing was a little lower and that there were more good non-Wi-Fi options available in the market. That said, for what it offers, this is a solid, dependable choice, highly recommended for parents who want peace of mind while finishing up chores.
