Before you buy make sure you have a mounting point that is stable, does not move, and supports your weight. If you choose to use a door or other mounts make sure you check to see if that area is strong enough to handle your weight. We use the GO when we travel. You can use it for strength training as well as maintaining your range of motion and flexibility. It's a high quality product and a very well thought out mini gym.
