Uncut Kinesiology Tape Bulk 4 Rolls Sports Tape for Muscle (Pink, Blue, Black, Beige), K Tape for Physio Therapy and Knee Support

NNow this is where it's a bit of a conflict, I used it because it says its hypoallergenic and for sensitive skin, while it is working excellent for my daughter who has sensitive skin, I'm a different story, I have extra-sensitive skin, after one day it itches and developed water bladders on my skin, the adhesive is super strong darn it sticks to my skin when taking it off, taking some away. Although my result wasn't very satisfying, it doesn't take away the fact that it's working excellent for my daughter, she leaves it on for five days, she has a bum knee and does a lot of therapy on it. These tapes help wonderfully, and the price is right, you do get what you pay for and more and the cotton material is breathable which is good, we tried a synthetic material one and it destroyed our skins so this cotton one is ideal. Hey I still used it, I had a dislocated shoulder and it helped with the pain, and most of all giving the shoulder the healing time it needed, I just put it on in the morning and take it off at night, after it gets wet which is the only way for me to take it off without ripping pieces of my skin off, oh and before I forget when it's wet it becomes most irritable on my skin. So this is a two-way review, mine would be a four star because it missed the sensitivity mark.

I don't know if this has happened to anyone else or if my skin is sensitive to the tape, cause honestly the tape works great, it really helps my muscle pain. But when the tape it up by my neck area it leaves awful welts and really damages my skin, it bleeds when I take it off, but doesn't do this anywhere else. I don't want to leave a bad review, just maybe a cautious review of you're sensitive to tape, this stuff is very strong and might be too much for sensitive skin.

Love this product because it really helps my pain in my knee.

Everything seemed ok. Then I noticed where I placed the tape was itchy. Was hard to take off. Had allergic reaction to the adhesive. I’ve used KT brand tape before, so I know it’s not a general thing. I wanted to love it, but my skin doesn’t

I had ACL surgery last year and I use this to tape my knee for karate or if I anticipate a lot of walking. I actually like this brand the best out of several that I’ve tried and the 4-pack is very economical. I’ll be ordering again!

Works great, sticks well, stays well.

The edges roll a little bit but it stays until you take it off. Shower, swimming and sweating:). I got a good 3 days out of each application.

Much better price than buying KT tape at the store. I do have to cut my own strips but that is no problem at all. In fact I like having the option to make them shorter or longer.

I've been using this tape for a few years now. It wears well and last a good few days even with showering, swimming and even hot tub use. Maybe not quite as robust as Rock Tape, but it is much better value.Easy to cut and apply although it can struggle a little if you apply too much tension on a second layer.It would be nice to be able to choose the colours in a 4 pack, but as long as the price is right I'll put up with beige.

I ordered it in the past and it was perfect. But recently I ordered again and the item is clearly faulty. The glue is placed poorly on the tape (you can see it on the photo). It doesn't work as intended. At least 2 rolls are like this.

Does exactly what it is supposed to do. Provides support as required. I have a weak knee and it provides appropriate support. Just about to reorder
