Für jeden der schon einmal einen Tiki Drink genossen hat, ist dieses Buch eine Quelle für neue/ alte Rezepte und der Inspiration für eine eigene Tiki-Party. Das Buch ist leicht verständlich und sehr gut zu lesen. So erfährt man zu Beginn einige interessante Details zur Lebensgeschichte von Vic Bergeron aka Trader Vic. Weiter geht es mit den Grundpfeilern einer jeden Tiki Party und schließlich kommen die Rezepte, welche aufgrund ihrer sehr übersichtlichen Gestaltung schnell nachzumixen/ - kochen sind. Also beide Daumen hoch für dieses Buch und Aloha!
