can u use this in 75-90w standard transmissions?

Yes, that's what Liqui Moly intended, and it has worked fine in a standard (manual) transmission for me. Before trying it I answered that I was hesitant to recommend it, but it does what it says and the transmission synchros work fine.

Will it work in transfer case and rear differential?

I am not sure for certain. I put this product in the transmission of my 1986 Moto Guzzi. Not wet sump like most motorcycles. Doing this was recommended by club members for a smoother shifting transmission.

Why is there a caution against using this in automatic transmissions, oil-bath clutches, oil-controlled LSD, and motorbikes with wet clutches?

Moly is so slippery that it will cause AT, oil-bath clutches, etc. to slip.

Can use this in rear.diff that uses 75w90 gear oil? Its for 2011 chevy colorado 2wd?

Acc. to our information GM requires a differential fluid with LS properties for the rear diff. of your Colorado. Due to the fact our MoS2 Antifriction for Gears reduces the friction value, it is not suitable for use in this particular case.
