Well made, durable, and really easy to clean.
For the record, I am reviewing: DELARLO Stainless Steel Small Brushed Saucepan With Lid, Induction Cooking Sauce Pot Pans, 18/8 Tri-Ply Heavy Bottom Saucier Cookware, Dishwasher Safe & Oven Safe(2 Quart) I started cooking when I was 13, since then I have learned a few important things about purchasing kitchen equipment. First, always consider how difficult the item is going to be to clean. I don't like spending 20 minutes trying to clean a single item. Second, durability of whatever you buy beats price. It makes more sense to spend a few dollars more on something that will last a lifetime. Third is safety, every item needs to be designed so that you don't injure yourself when using it. With that in mind, these pots, and I have two of them in different sizes now, are easy to clean. There are no seams that food and oils can get into and turn into an impenetrable coating that is there forever. The lids fit well with very little play and sit perfectly snug. They clean up nicely when they do get some oils on them that have transformed into that patina coating that you need to remove with some oven off and 10 minutes of sitting. Then just rinse and like new. Second. they are durable, I like how they give you an extra nut and the wrench to put it together. They are sturdy, heavy, and well made. Lastly, the fork in the handle dissipates heat so that the handle does not heat up and you will never burn your hand, unless you put them offset on your stove. I have noticed that when I boil water the bubbles come from the entire bottom of the pan indicating that the diffuser works really well. They are comfortable to hold and not overly heavy. Plus they do look really well, and when I need to, I plug the top whole with a bamboo toothpick to prevent steam escaping. I have had them now for several months and I use them almost every day. I have two sizes and they are perfect for my needs. I can HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!

Unbelievable manufacturing quality
This pot, made in China and sold for about $33 to me is living proof for the sad fact that American manufacturing of consumer items is dead and will never quite come back. The design, materials and execution of this product is just perfect! Heavy tri ply construction all the way up, nice professional style rolled rim (liquids empty without splattering around), no inside rivets for the pot holder (means easier cleaning). Well fitting glass top. Cooks beautiful with even heat transmission. It’s impossible to make such a quality product anywhere else in the world for that price !

Excellent, sturdy pan! Works beautifully with my induction cooktop. Nicely styled and definitely priced right.

Some assembly required
When you open the box, you will note that the handle does not come attached to the pot. There is a complementary wrench included so you can place the handle over the screws and tighten the nuts. I think somewhere in the product description that should have been mentioned. Otherwise, it’s a very nice pot.

Top Quality
This is a fantastic little saucepan. The quality is remarkable for the price. It’s heavy for its size in a quality way. But not awkward or unwieldy. More like a professional would prefer. It heats evenly. One of the absolute best features of this pan is that there are no rivets to secure the handle inside of the pot. And the handle is of excellent quality that doesn’t get too hot.

High Quality
I make fudge and have always used my 3qt pot but after the syrup comes to a boil stirring should stop, the problem Ive had is the syrup comes up to the very top so I end up lightly stirring. This pot is the same inside height as my 3qt but bigger in diameter. Ive looked and looked for a pot the same diameter as my 3qt but taller, but couldnt find so this 3.5qt was a doable choice.. This is a very high quality pot , a bit heavy. I bought " Good as New" the original box defiantly a repackaged box other wise appeared new. Hershey coco fudge.. 3 cups sugar 2/3 cup coco 1.5 cups whole milk dash of salt, heat med high stir continually until boil 212f cook to exactly 237f remove from heat add a 1/2 stick of room temp butter big spoon peanut butter tbl spoon vanilla DO NOT Stir in. Keep thermometer in pot let cool to 135 ( recipes say 127 but I find it hardens before I can get it out of the pot) then stir vigorously once blended plate FAST you dont want it setting up in the pot. A good thermometer is impotent. I use aThermoPro TP509 Candy Thermometer with Pot Clip, 10" Long
