I am absolutely delighted with this purchase. After removing from Amazon’s packaging it’s as if you’re opening a present, it’s tied up with a pretty bow. The pillow smells of true lavender and when it is heated up in the microwave the scent lingers on ever so subtly in the kitchen. The heat lasts for a good 45 minutes when using it on your back or neck while leaning against a pillow... a slightly shorter time if the outer side is exposed (if wearing on your neck while up and moving it cools off quicker). The fabric is velvety soft, feels lovely against bare skin. Heated up it eases muscle tension and aches and pains, all with the calming scent of lavender. Pay close attention to instructions- do not get it wet. I highly recommend this, it would make an excellent gift for anyone.
