Brilliant- help keep my tension at the right level (without My stitches are either too loose or too tight).I use two at a time - one on my little finger and one on my forefinger- helps my tension and stops the ‘yarn indentation’ on my fingers.I have EDS and one side effect is that the skin on my hands peel and split and bleed with yarn aggravating the splits. Now this no longer happens because the rings lift the yarn off my fingers.Easy to make the right size - either squeeze tighter or stretch open to make bigger.Good value for money, last ages (10 months and still on my first lot of rings).
