Bought this for my older Corgi because I now live in a place with lots of stairs. I was concerned about his joints. He no longer licks his joints and can go flying up and down the stairs. It’s nice if you have a picky dog who won’t take the chewable supplements. I squirt it on his food and he doesn’t even notice.

Anyway, I contacted customer service with the actual company Natural Dog and explained the situation. They were very kind and prompt with their communication and after I filed an incident report, they began processing my refund. While the product was a no go, Natural Dog's customer service is wonderful which is why I want to leave 3 stars instead of 1.
