This product produces a seasoned vegetable broth. I use it in place of chicken broth. I don't miss the chicken at all.

There are simply not enough words to convey how marvelous this blend is. Not only does it make a delicious drink but i use it in everything! It makes boring macaroni and cheese into a 5 star dish. It is just so much fun watching people take their first bite and seeing their eyes light up. Great for stews, rice, just anything you need broth for instead of plain water. The very best! There is no way you can go wrong buying this.

This is a wonderful broth. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but some of that is probably excise tax.It has a rich flavor with a lot of depth. You can tell it's not something that was just concocted. Someone gave serious thought to what makes a good vegetable broth. You can also tell by the ingredient list, which is full of vegetables. The inclusion of louvage is noteworthy. Not many people in the US know about it, but it's delicious.Unlike most US-based broths, it's not simply salt with a few token flavors. It's a bit salty, but the complex flavor shines through.
