It works!
No, you will not win any beauty contests while wearing this apron :o) But it's not for gliding along the catwalks. Its purpose is to protect you from welding splatter. One day of welding left quite a few black dots... I don't want to think what would my "normal" clothes looked like if I wasn't wearing it...All in all - it works, it's reasonably priced and it has both the neck and back straps with adjustable and easily accessible plastic buckles. Nice touch, much appreciated. Makes life so much easier.If only someone could explain to me why this piece of leather costs less than a pair of welding sleeves? It makes no sense at all. I'm thinking of simply buying another one for the material (leather) to convert it into sleeves...
