Works Just Like My Samsung Remote
My dog chewed up my other remote. It was a pain but I did just automatically go out and order one from Amazon. Figuring that there was going to be some type of programming that was going to be difficult. It was not. It was a matter of hitting one button or two buttons and holding them for a few seconds and everything synced right up like it was supposed to. The price is reasonable and the voice control is still there with Alexa and the same size. I was able to put the same case back on from my other remote. It's very easy to use. Doesn't feel any different than the one that I got with my TV.

Junk trash
This junk never worked out of the box. It refused to pair with the Samsung TV even after repeating the "correct" steps on the instruction sheet over and over again. So I'm returning it as result.

Obvious knock off but it works so why complain
Buttons are stiff but it's nearly identical and it's cheap so yay.

Works the same as the original remote, that gave up the ghost.Would purchase again if this one dies.Cannot really work the Smart TV, without one.

Samsung Remote
Around the 10th month of having this device it started having problems controlling my Samsung TV. Now after a year of having this device it seems to have developed a memory of it's own as now the buttons have little to no control over the TV. I have tried new batteries, cleaning and even tapping it on the side of my chair but nothing seems to help. There is no 'factory reset' so I would assume after 12 months it is trash!

I order a couple every few months as my dog thinks it’s his personal chew toy. I know… shame on the owner. I highly recommend!
