I have suffered with Interstitial Cystitis since I was 21 years old. The only times I have truly felt my IC was gone was when I was pregnant or nursing. Otherwise it has been a 15 year search for answers and solutions. I only came across this because I have tried literally everything and things only seem to mask the problem or help ease the pain I am in. My IC is very painful after intercourse, if I eat certain foods like chocolate, tomatoes, anything acidic, or sugars. I have literally only drank water for the past 15 years of my life, nothing else... Earlier on I tried elmiron, I had a bladder distention and even did a year long course of anitbioics since some doctors believe their is a bacteria in the bladder wall even though it doesn't show in tests. Still no solution! My husband was in search for answers for me and came across 2 things on amazon. Marshmallow Root Tea and Cysto Renew. I tried the tea first because I try to be so natural and healthy, and also I can't even take any medications without having what seems to be every side effect know to humanity! The tea did seem to help a little but not a true answer. I decided to stop the tea and try the cysto renew since I wanted to make sure I knew what was helping vs just throw the kitchen sink at the problem and never know what was really solving my pain and problem. Within a few days I felt a million times better. I had and have had zero side effects from taking the pills. I take two in the morning with or without my breakfast and two in the evening every day. I can not explain to you the miracle this natural product has had in the last 5 weeks on my life. I can eat without going overboard pretty much any food I want and as long as I take 4 pills a day I am 100% a happy happy person without any frequency no burning no more crying and emptying out my bladder completely. I went from having a year long flair up and going sometimes 20-30 times a day to going maybe 4-5 times a day and no pain! I am able to have intercourse whenever and honestly no flare up the next day! It is truly amazing. Coming from someone who has tried EVERYTHING and is very sensitive to most anything I have to say this is changing my life. I hope someone else finds the same comfort using cysto renew as I have!

I had higher expectations for this. It does make the bladder feel better but only for a short time. Maybe a couple hours. I'm wanting to heal, not just bandage. For the price, it just won't be one I use again.

I take Cysto Renew for interstitial cystitis/pelvic bladder syndrome. After trying other supplements for literally decades Cysto Renew is the one that has really helped. I know this for sure because it was discontinued for a long time and my pain and discomfort returned. Since it is available again I sent for a bottle and within a short time feel much better with little discomfort. I would recommend to anyone who has IC/PBS to give it a try. Good luck if you do.

So I've been taking this for IC and I'm not 100% sure this has helped. I take it pretty much everyday and my symptoms have been close to none, but I also don't know if I actually have IC so it's hard to tell if I was getting it and this helped me go into remission, or if I just had a weird few days of having to go to the bathroom all the time. Either way, I like the idea of this potentially helping build the bladder wall, which is why I take it. It doesn't hurt to take precautions. I would like to believe that I nipped IC in the bud before it even started with this product, but I can't say that for sure. Will keep taking just in case.

I rarely take time to write reviews for products, but seeing that reading those for this supplement influenced my decision to buy, here it goes! I have been diagnosed with IC after chronic recurrent UTI symptoms with negative urine tests. I have several supplements I take daily in addition to rooibos tea as an antispasmodic. The supplements help, however towards night I always feel a urethral spasms coming on making it very uncomfortable to try to sleep in addition to irritability (who wants to feel like they have a UTI EVERY night?) the first day I tried cysto renew, my nightly urethral spasms disappeared, there is no coincidence about the cause and effect here. I take cysto Renew twice a day (2 morning, 2 evening) along with d mannose to prevent UTIs and biofilm defense+zinc to prevent biofilm formation (bacteria that hides in your bladder wall giving it chronic inflammation with bouts of actual infection when some organisms detach from their hiding spot). If you’ve tried everything else and have lost hope let this be one last try for relief, it’s pricey but there’s no price on pain relief and quality of life
