I am allergic to all fish oils as well as krill oil- not only do they not help my chronic dry eye, they actually make it much worse. Flaxseed oil is my best choice. However, many brands of flaxseed oil capsules also contain emulsifiers such as carageenan, which ALSO make my eyes itch , burn and produce a painful grey sludge. This brand does not contain any emulsifiers. It really helps my eyes. My hair also improves. I've been using this brand for quite a while, and I think its just great.

Capsules are on the somewhat large size; however, I take them with another large capsule at the same time and I don't have any trouble. They have no taste and I've used them for quite sometime and I know they help me as I have Psoriatic Arthritis and when I have to stop them for surgeries, I then know they were working for me and start them back up right away as the arthritis rears its ugly head if I miss them for very long. That's the way I found out that they really work for me as when I first was just taking them I wondered if they were working for me but I sure found out that they were! This has happened on several occasions so thought I would share that with you as I feel anything natural is better than loading up on medicine and these definitely work. They are worth the money.

I bought this to help with my dry eyes and it is helping a lot. The added benefit of helping with my hair, skin & nails is a bonus. I’m allergic to fish so this being flaxseed oil is a big plus. There is no aftertaste or burping after taking this. The capsule is kind of big so you only take one instead of two at a time. A good value.

this flaxseed oil is wonderful. By far the best I’ve used so far and it’s only been a couple weeks. You have to use in consistently to see results or else you won’t see much of a difference at least from my experience. I recommend this product to anyone wants better and younger skin.
