Been using this for about 3 months now. Not pregnant which is great. No bad smell etc just a little thicker than most. Overall though no bad reaction from me or partner so no complaints

Before inserting the diaphragm or cervical cap into your vaginal canal, squeeze about 3ml of ContraGel into the dome of the diaphragm or the dome and brim of the cervical cap.
Safety Warning
