Very smooth and deep massages. The leg rest sucks and it takes forever to go up and it's loud and cheap sounding,but I didn't buy it for that so it's okay. If you're tall this will still possibly reach your shoulders good. I'm 5 "10 and there's plenty more room for the rollers to go up. The 3D is where the magic happens. It will push out at three points during the glide, I wish you can turn the 3d off completely for a more sensitive massage. It looks great though. Not like a weird space ship. Over all for under 1,500$ it's a good price

Overall very disappointed with this chair. 1) the calf massage: there is a thin roller that sits under the calves which causes a lot of pain, the side massage on calves are very good but this roller is just awkward. 2) Chair cannot be used in a regular living room as you cannot bring it to an upright position. Its kind of designed to stay at half reclined position. 3) the remote and cable just is all over place and keep falling out of the chair and pocket they are designed to go into on the left hand side. useless. 4) there are two seperate roller , one for kind of mid back / upper lower back and the other below it. there is a gap between the two that do not get the lower back area. frustrating. 5) the headrest pillow is terrible. 6) the handrests on either side is too low for a average guy. my arms are just hanging and not able to place elbow on this arm rests.

Several people have tried this chair in the time I've owned it. No one likes it. It is very uncomfortable to sit in for anything other than a massage. The massages are OK at best. No one likes the massage at first. I have grown to think the massage is passable, but barely. I can not use the leg massage as it pinches my calves (slight bruising). Chair is MUCH smaller than I expected (looks like a kids chair in my living room). Not worth the money.

This is the second massage chair I have owned. The first chair was a Premier brand that is no longer available. It sold for $3,500 and lasted for 15 years. It was very heavy and bulky dominating the room. I wanted to replace it with a smaller chair that look like a recliner. The WholeBody 7.1 is the exact look I wanted. In my opinion it is an entry level chair lacking air bag and vibration features. The features it has do work well giving a good massage. The Human Touch machines do have a decent reputation that influenced my decision to purchase it. Time will tell if I made the correct choice. It is not made for large people and it is not made to set on to watch TV, read or other such activities. Finally, if you are realistic concerning what it can and can not do, I think you will be satisfied. I think of it like purchasing a Falcon instead of a Chevrolet Impala, they both will get you to your destination, one in less style that the other. Good Luck!

My 6'4" husband and I (5'7") love our replacement chair. I run several programs through each evening. I like the preprogrammed "relax" mode best. The leg massage is improved, but still not something I like. My husband likes it. The headrest is an improvement over the 5 series we owned before. The old 5 series chair was great. Worked perfectly for 7 years, but the fabric literally disintegrated. So I'm not giving this a 5 star rating until we see in a few years how it holds up. If like the other, I'll give it a 1 star. But I'm really hoping this one holds up like the great motor did! Stylish. Not too bulky. Dreamy performance. Love it.

The chair stopped working about 9 months in. Company sent me a faulty mechanism. I bought their 5 year warranty. But they say I have to pay for shipping for a second one. A lot of money to spend! They won’t honor their warranty! They won’t respond to me until I give them money. Very displeased!

Don’t buy this chair. For the money it isn’t worth it. Over 2000.00 and I had one before that was 800 and soooo much better. This chair looks nice but it is small and really hard…no padding…only stays on 15 minutes I hate it
