The flir camera is the only reason i would keep the phone. I would not buy it again. The price increased by about £45.00 within a few days of my purchase. I am not sure of the possibility of future repairs, in spite of the repetitive nature of the supplier's (ring-ring) answer to questions about how wonderful they are. Although the phone was advertised as having fm radio, and the software is in the phone, it does not work. I have asked the supplier three times to explain if they have ever got it working, and they do not answer the question. The phone seems slow in loading apps, too. I'm not sure of the version of android, it is probably a corrupted version of android 11, and I've found no information about it. The documentation is non-existent. It was not possible to copy many of the apps and data from my previous android 9 phone to this phone. I cannot find how to remove unwanted pre-loaded apps, e.g. fm radio, and maybe half a dozen others. If the phone lasts a couple of years, I guess the purchase will have been worthwhile.

Loved the low end thermal camera, awesome for finding leaks and cold spots in rooms, and in most circumstances, can find joists, aswell, but can be hit or miss on this last point, is this was just a work phone I would have been very happy as it has a monster of a battery, but the performance of the device with the screen let's it down, this was purchased as my main driver, not just for work..... Sent it back, will wait for better phone with thermal, camera:-)

Why don't these Chinese companies use someone who has English as their first language to proof read menus before stuff is produced?There are some useles apps which can not be removed or disabled, probably spyware. It's my phone, I should be able to remove games and game apps which I don't want! The Hotspot feature won't work unless you change the password or Hotspot name each time you use it. It just won't connect unless you do!The phone comes with an app called Data Migration Assistant. Every single permission has to be allowed, as you might expect. I now can not change these permisions, disable the app or uninstall it. Also, for good measure, "Remove permissions if app isn't used" is grayed out! I managed to remove the app permisions and uninstall on another phone without problem.It's a chunky phone and looks tough enough to handle some rough treatment. The Flir thermal imaging camera is excellent for the price and is almost worth keeping just for that. I'm not sure about the Android version, it looks like an early version, although it reports it as Android 11.I've decided to "CANCLE" it and send it back to Amazon.

The media could not be loaded.  This phone is heavy and a bit slow compared to flagship models, but it's battery last like a week it works perfectly and obviously it has Flir camera which is why you buy this phone and it great.

Okay, first off, for those comparing to phones three or four times more in price don't, just don't. For the price point its incredible. Been using mine for a while now and it's as fast as my Huawei p30 and the battery life is incredible. By the end of my 12 hour day there's 70% charge left and it has heavy usage. Compare to my old phone which has about 20% left after same period. It's tough, heavy and has a reasonable camera but it also has thermal imaging that actually works. I bought a glass screen protector and silicon cover too because I'm always dropping it. To be honest for the money it's brilliant and it's a man's kinda phone.It's side finger print/on switch works well, screen is responsive, memory good. The OS is quick and versatile. If you want to pay 3 times more for snazzy camera on a phone, buy a camera. The battery can used as power bank for other phones and would probably jump start a Cortina ( showing my age, and kids if you have to ask what a Cortina is show your dad's this review).I love it. It's a real man's phone, for men, did I mention that?

Finger print reader was too sensitive. Kept on unlocking in my pocket. Screen wasn't as responsive as it should be. Froze a couple of times. Picture quality was standard. It kept in taking Screen shots with the extra side key.

The rugged phone screen broke after 2 months of ownership. It only took a slight knock while in my pocket, very disappointed. But the thermal imaging is great, but useless if the screen has broken.

Gecent quality thermal camera, the app though is kind of lame.It is far from a proper thermal camera and doesn’t seem to be having anything from a FLIR camera as I couldn’t find any mention of Blackview on their website.Good as a construction site phone as it is rugged and heavy duty.
