Is this the correct part to hold down the rubber shifter boot?

I have a 1998 Wrangler that I bought used, it had 100000 miles on it so I knew it would need some work. I had to get a new fuel pump so I went on Amazon and got the entireunit, pump, filter and pressure regulator. My shift boot keptcoming loose andf I saw it was broken with several attempts to glue it that did not work. I saw the advert for this retainer and for 6 or so bucks I thought what the heck. When it came I put it on and it fit perfect. It has been almost a year and has not moved. It goes around the bottom of the rubber boot and snaps into the consul perfectly. Good luck.

I 3D printed 2 of these & both warp in the summer months, Will this warp under high temperatures?
