I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this facial cupping therapy set. Positive: I bought these cups because my acupuncturist was using them for my facial massage. They are really good, made of glass and have great suction that stays when you move it across the face, which is hard with silicon type cups. My face gets red after 10-15 min massage and i feel like it is really bringing some blood circulation and plumps the skin. I was super skeptical when I first heard of it, but after have tried it i really love this type of massage and these cups are the best for it. Negative: The only downside is that the rubber top is somewhat tough and it takes some force to squeeze them so after you do massage for 10 min your fingers get tired. Conclusion: I do it once a week and so far the benefit plus the feel after massage outweighs the minus for me. I actually bought another set for my sister and would buy it for friends as a small gift. I love these cups that much:-)

I’m admittedly a face cupping newbie, but wanted to try these out to address some puffiness under my eyes, faint lines, and blah complexion. They are fairly easy to use - make sure your face is VERY lubricated at all times (face oil is essential) and, as the directions say, the cups should always be moving. Letting them linger over any area will cause bruising, redness, and/or broken blood vessels. After using these regularly for a few weeks, I noticed some improvement in skin tone and firmness. It feels like a mini spa facial, and I find it pretty relaxing. I have not noticed any improvement with fine lines even though mine are quite small and shallow. I also didn’t see any improvement with puffiness under my eyes. I tried several techniques and movements to no avail. I’ll continue to use these when time allows and I want to bring a little life to my complexion, but I’m not sold on any long term benefits.
