Are the black with black soles model made in Slovakia and do these definitely have leather insoles?

How do these soft leather sneakers do in the rain? Are they water resistant or waterproof?

I typically wear size 7 or size 37 in European sizing. This one shows that the 37 is equivalent to American size 6-6 1/2, but fits me perfectly. I actually tried these on in a store before I bought them, so from my experience, they run a little large.
