I’m in love! It’s perfect! For a custom order it arrived in lightening speed, it was very easy to install and it makes my area pop. It have a long cord that’s easy to plug in. All the hanging / installing accessories were included. It’s very durable material and it looks just like the mock up I requested.

I purchased the 38in, with the warm white. it looks amazing and i will be using for my wedding. It came in good packaging, and no cracks. I would recommend buying the dimmer, when i first turned it on it was very bright... almost blinding lol. The remote works great for dimming. It is easy to plug in and has enough cord to reach a plug if it's on a backdrop. I love it.

I placed my order a week before I needed the sign & it arrived faster than expected. Good quality & easy instructions to install. Size is perfect & it looks just like I expected. Remote control is also very easy to use, works very good with all the functions. The battery life is just as good as promoted. Very happy with my order & the amount paid.

This neon sign looks amazing in person, the pictures really do not do it justice. The customization options were great and it arrived quickly. I recommend getting the optional dimmer with it because depending on where it's in use, it may be helpful. We use this sign for our podcast studio and it looks great on camera at 10% brightness. I couldn't recommend this product enough!
