It’s a single plier. Not a pair.

Yes, it is a notch close to the pivot point of the pliers. it will cut lighter gauge wire but is not the most effective cutter on the market.

I'm not sure. A friend of mine ordered them for me. I never touch tools and I can't get in touch with them now. I think they are the 8". But I looked at the current listing now and it says on it: 8" when you have to make a selection. I don't think the 6" are available anymore. (Did you see that though the price is good there's a $19.99 shipping fee on these? Just to point it out.) There is another listing at this link.
