What are the size of the pre cut circles? What material are they?

Sizes range from an inch to 1/4 inch. Then you can always custom cut them to fit. Material is a thin plastic. More like a see through tint. Most of my electronic devices have bright LED type lights that pierce at night. These block but you can see a hint of tiny light. Plastic has adhesive that is easily removable. If there is any sticky residue, just clean up with a little alcohol or Goo Gone. Believe me, you will have leftover material and can cut to any size or shape with plain scissors.

How clear are they? Could I see clearly through them if I put them on a pair of glasses?

I haven’t tried but you probably could. I put it over my alarm clock and it just dims things but I can see the numbers clearly.

Are the stickers reusable?

You can lift the stickers to adjust. I lifted/readjusted to make a better fit and sticker with no problem. However, I plan to not reuse them as they work so well to filter the light(s). I have a whole sheet left over plus more than 3/4 of another sheet. So I have enough to go around. The price is minimal and I can always reorder if necessary. But to answer your question, I think these stickers are for one use only if you rely on the original adhesive.

Are these actually sticky or cling?

These are sticky, but just enough, not too much (we applied them to an LED clock dispaly that was too bright)
