Easy to take
Wonderful delivery system - under the tongue. They melt rapidly and taste good. I only wish they weren’t dyed such a bright red color. They can stain the hands and mouth red.

Different than just plain B-12 1000mcg
I purchased the plain B-12 1000mcg (same company) without all the other ingredients before this one. I like it better than this product. This one has a funny taste to it and takes a little longer to dissolve. Both seem effective.

Very tiny
Love the tiny tablet that dissolves under your tongue. They look too small to do any good, but here’s hoping they do.
