ENVY 360 R7 32GB RAM and I TB with tilt pen
After much research and deliberation I purchased the above laptop from Laptop Solutions based in UAE. The price and specifications were good for the price. When the laptop arrived (a day earlier than expected), I was thrilled. I'm a teacher so wanted a touchscreen laptop so I could write on the screen. I have many applications open daily including MS Teams and other interactive platforms. The battery life has been around 6+ hours daily. The pen is magnetic so doesn't slide off the keyboard. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful Machine!
I purchased this for my husband's birthday! I also got a deal on one of the Amazon Prime Days. I did a lot of research before purchasing. There were options for 512 GB or an upgrade to 1 TB and I opted for the upgrade, it's all on the internal drive which I like (installed in the device along with the 32 GB of RAM). I really don't like having extra stuff if I don't need it - so this was all included in one lightweight package.It's very powerful for the basics but also powerful enough for high-end photoshop/ video processing and gaming (which is unusual for 'standard' laptops). It's a convenient touch screen/iPad type setup as well. Very slick device! I would highly recomend this to anyone.

Pen was damaged, replacement was fast!
The laptop itself is nice, runs games at medium settings fairly well, tablet mode is accurate to the rotation percentage, unfortunately the pen that comes with it was busted when I opened the box. Only one of the buttons worked on the dual button interface. However, after sending the seller a direct message with further details on the issue, they were quick to respond and their remedy met and surpassed expectations. All in all a quality purchase

So fast I ordered a second one for gaming
I was a little skeptical of a 3rd party making changes to an HP computer. But I bought my first one anyway. It turned out to be my fastest gaming computer so I bought a second one. I have a 3rd that's a 2020 HP Envy with a Intel I7 4 core processor and 16G RAM which is great, but this computer is better. I use 3 computers at the same time, so all 3 are awesome now.FYI: AMD processors are now better than Intel. I was actually looking for 32G RAM when I found this AMD with 8 cores. I've always had Intel, but after some research I discovered that AMD is now better than Intel. So for the foreseeable future I will buy AMD with the 8 cores. If intel comes back later I will reconsider.

Love these Envy x360s
Absolutely love my other Envy x360 with 32 GB RAM from the same seller, so I got this Ryzen 7 version to be able to have one for each adult in the house. The seller does great configurations (32GB / 1 TB) and ships so quickly. Hard to beat this deal on a touchscreen that can do some decent gaming and entry level VR.

Not as advertised!!!
Highly upset! I purchased this laptop as a NEW product for the keyboard with the numeric keypad and stylus. What I have received is a clearly USED AND CHEAPER VERSION that was very obviously not what I was advertised to be buying. I have a much cheaper version of the shown laptop with a SEPARATE numeric keypad and the stylus is also not the advertised. Upon opening the laptop it was showing an error message on the screen about an issue with the download of windows. I want to return this product but I am unable to find any form of contact information or ability to return. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!
