Q: How can i wire this is my jeep is a hard top with out having a trunk cigarette lighter and without the wires sticking out if the top is off?

Same problem... i got my voltmeter and followed the cables on the passenger side. It has a platic trim that you can remove just at the end of the roll bar. Test for 12v. It took me like an hour cause i wanted to use the back window wiper cables but dont do that. I takes like 15min once you find the 12v cables. Hope that helps. For 20 bucks it's awesome. Used doble sided tape to attach the remote control to one of the windows.

Q: Can this be hardwired without using the RF remote for simple on/off?

Yes, it can be hard wired (2 wire conductor provided), I velcro'd my remote to the rear cargo area of my Bronco for quick access.

It didn’t even come with instructions so, I’m not quite sure
