With a track saw you can make straight cuts. If the edge isn't straight does this have a solution?

Not with what is included with the Skateplate. I suppose you could clamp a straight edge to your workpiece the use that as a guide. But if you are going to do that you might as well use a track saw or similar tool.

Will this fit a Ryobi cordless saw?

Their website has a list of saws that will work. It’s how I chose my Skil saw.

Will this, the base plate, work work a Ryobi One+ 18v 5 1/2" circular saw?

I used it on a Dewalt 7 1/4" 110v saw, if the base plate is smaller than these type it probably will not work.
