Is this stem building toys hard for a 10-year-old boy?

My child has never complained about installation difficulties, just use a wrench and screwdriver to install it and follow the instructions.

Are these sturdy enough to play with after assembly?

Not sure was never able to get it together. Pieces did not line up and metal walls were warped

There are 258 pieces to assemble. it have clear instructions.Should not be that difficult to build.My 10-year-old nephew can completes this alone.
