Loves these and wear them on both hands for pain relief! My spouse wears them too! My friend does too! I recommend these to anyone with hand problems . . . .they seem to work to reduce pain and keep you functional! They are stretchable for thumbs or fingers so size really is adjustable. Nice rings, I like that the rings are adjustable to fit my thumb or index finger. I've had them for a short time and hopefully they will help.

Super cute rings, however the silver one did start to turn my finger green after wearing for awhile. The magnetic don’t really do anything either.

What i wanted as thumb rings for arthritis i didn't get. These rings would not budge at all. So I had to wear on different fingers. You must constantly take off each time you wash hands. They turn fingers green. I lost one ring i think taking trash out, I don't remember, it was there and then it was gone 30 minutes later. Withing 2 weeks I lost my other one at church. I took it off to wash my hands and it went down the sink. It did nothing for destress or pain. It may have caused more stress. I bought them for 1 thing. I should have sent them back. It was stupid not to. It was like burning money. Big waste.
