I received this with the tip broken and jagged wood sticking out. When I tried to sharpen it the same thing happened. I wish they would include a sharpener with this pencil. I tried another sharpener which had a little better success but not 100%. The color is really nice and it stays on well throughout the day with only mild fading. Should be half the price.

Due to getting lasik I decided to get new makeup and I started doing research on all the harmful chemicals and effects on my body the makeup i was using had. This included bad effects on liver and hormones and fertility! This eyeliner is a clean product and I wish i switched sooner! It does the job just fine and i feel better knowing there are no harmful effects putting this in my eyes

1. A+ for ingredients, one of the less toxic on the market2. A for formula - very creamy and glides on easily3. B+ for color - nice natural looking plum4. Big fat C for pigment saturation - swatches nicely on the back of your hand, but doesn't translate to the eyes. Pigment is waaaay more sheer on the lids5. Big fat F for staying power - used without primer this pencil lasts about 2-3 hours and then just disappears. With powder underneath or primer, it lasts just a little longer.Bottom line - if you're into natural looking eyeliner that's less toxic, but lasts only long enough to run a couple of errands, go for it. If you need all day staying power this ain't it. The price is also high for the staying power you're getting.
