Pros cuff is the correct size for large adult and the bladder falls in the right place when compared to a large McKeeson Lumeon cuff, purple color will replace any medical grade aneroid, V-lok adapters can be pulled old cuff and placed into this cuff Cons similar to the flaw in known brands The excess cuff material covers the aneroid clip holder and can't be Velcro. We fold excess material and clip the aneroid to it in larger arms on the upper limit of this cuff's range, the cuff won't hold and will pop off. We use the next size cuff up, a thigh cuff This cuff would be best made as a D ring design, when used properly there D rings designs have no biting or pain and always hold firm

Purchased to replace a cuff that is approximately 15 years old and has traveled in my first aid kit quite a lot. The rubber had deteriorated and developed holes in the tubing, but the gauge and bulb were still in perfect working condition. My option was to spend $20+ on a new set-up, until I found this replacement part. It is a different name brand, but same or even better quality than my previous cuff for at least half the price. Very pleased!
