It helped me during the first 6 months and worked well for me. In the following months, I’m not sure if my body got used to the dosage, but I started noticing my skin becoming a bit dry and rough again (even though I tend to have oily skin). I’d like to think it was due to a hormonal change.

Had used a different brand a couple years ago but found I prefer these. I take one a day on most days. I feel they improved some things that I didn't expect...I had jammed a finger twice, just as it felt good 28 days after jamming it in a fall, I seriously jammed it again, like straight on to the dashboard in a quick stop (hubby nailed the brakes and I reached to stop my purse from flying off my lap, yowza did I scream from the pain!). It was always tender and looked slightly swollen ever since, like 6 mos after. I also had a deep cat bite on a calf that 1 of the 4 teeth wounds wasn't perfectly healed after a few months. Within a couple weeks of taking these my finger was back to normal and that last cat bite wound was fully healed. Finger has remained healed all these months later and can barely tell where I was bit on my calf, which is saying something because I scar very easily. And they also strengthened my nails a bit, especially my toe nails. I feel they must've improved my circulation and reduced inflammation. Very impressed with these!

Personally, this is the most legit resveratrol supplement I've encountered. It does what it's supposed to, and compliments the NMN supplement I stack it with best by a longshot compared to what's available. As I understand it, resveratrol will lose potency when exposed to light, and the white powder oxidizes to a tan/brown. These have always arrived bright white & will remain that way if kept away from light. Also definitely will turn brown if you leave them exposed. Without running third party lab testing (which the company already has posted, which is a baller move tbh) I have nothing to indicate these being anything but exactly as advertised.

I have an issue swallowing larger pills. I went through the list of vendors and they all packaged in the largest pills possible. Even tried one of the powders, but it had very negative side effects/unusable for me. This product uses a smaller pill size. It doesn't look or sound that much smaller, but if you have any difficulties with pills, you know even a little difference means a lot. It also includes perine. If you do a little research on resveratrol, perine significantly increases the body's ability to actually use it as opposed to flushing it out. Hope the price goes down a bit. Maybe if other vendors start producing smaller pills, the competition will make that happen.

I went 5 weeks on a bench press program and I tested my 1 rep max every week. All of those 5 weeks I had my 1 rep max increase 5 to 15lbs every week. On the 6th week I started taking 1000mg resveratrol every day. During my 1 rep max session on the 6th week, My 1 rep max fell by 30lbs. Overall I felt a lot weaker while on resveratrol. I have stopped taking it and the following week my bench strength recovered. I found out that Resveratrol is a type of weak estrogen. I definitely would not recommend Men taking estrogen if they want to increase their athletic performance or for general health.

This product is white - other Trans Resveratrol products I've used have been brown - Most were made from Knotweed. This one is a good product I feel.
