Awesome product. I go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week and use this before and after.I really love that it comes with an instruction manual. They seem simple to use, but the manual has given me some great extra exercises, particularly for working on my back and glutes.This roller has two types of surfaces which is a feature I highly value. The longer, flatter sections are perfect for stretching out muscles before a workout, and the smaller knobbled parts are great for a really intense massage on tight muscles.In terms of the seller, the price is low and it was delivered quickly. Highly recommended.

I've been using this roller for a week now and it works great. The product feels and looks like it is made out of quality material that will last. It's heavier than I expected, but the value is definitely there for $10. I would purchase definitely purchase this product again.

This has saved us lots of money in what would be chiropractor visits. It hurts at first if you roll your back over it but it gets better and keeps your back adjusted.

耐荷重２００kgを信用したのに騙されたのかな？現在体重が１２０kg有るのでこのローラーを選びましたが、気がつくと内側に亀裂が２ヶ所！信用していなだけにショックです。同様のローラーが欲しいですが、どうしよう
