Overall, this remover does it's job at getting rid of all your make up. However, it's still a little bit oily.Pros: removes my eye makeup perfectly. I use the Stila waterproof eyeliner (as well as waterproof mascara) and this product removes it all. Granted, it does take a few wipes to get it completely cleansed, but still the best I've used.Cons: I would say this is oily, but there are other products that are more heavy on the oil side, so this is definitely a better alternative. I would definitely still wash my face again afterwards because there is a leftover glean. You also need to shake the makeup remover before using (there is two layers to it, one looks like some sort of oil formula), which is a minor inconvenience but sometimes the remover still works if you forget to shake it.

This is a good and essentially safe brand, but I don't wear a lot of intense makeup and it was still hard to get most of it off without a little tugging and even then. Also, no oil but my eyes have been a little irritated since using it. Allergies? Maybe. I did use a tissue, not a cotton ball, will try that next time.

Shake the bottles up & take the make-up off! Quick swip and it's gone even that waterproof mascara. Neutro. products are always great and this one is as well. The double pack is worth is. My only bad point is that the cap just comes off and leaves a wide mouth. I switched it for a squeeze top(lucky had one on hand that fit) otherwise you waste way to much product. That could be fixed!!

I didn't get a chance to use this product. The lid was off it and the product completely leaked out in the shipping bag. There is a no return or refund policy so I'm out of my money and product. I'm so upset!

I just love this product. It removes waterproof mascara completely, quickly and without tugging or wiping and wiping. I have tried products that have cost $30 and more from very high end cosmetic stores. This is still the best. Even my friend who has hypoallergenic everything raves about Neutrogena
