I normally don’t order decorative candles, but chose these for a gold themed birthday party. The candles are long, which is great because they don’t melt and drip wax on your cake or cupcakes, the gold is highly reflective and does not look cheap or plastic. I love that the package contains a variety of patterns, and was very pleased with them overall.

I bought these for our kids birthdays but ended up using themed candles instead. So, I decided to take them out for homeschool science fun. The pressure was on as my 5-year-old and 4-year-old looked on because I hadn't previously tested the candles. Luckily, they did not disappoint. Our littles absolutely loved the surprise colored flame candles! Something to note is that they burn down pretty quickly. But, I would definitely purchase these again, ether for a birthday or for a quick and easy science observation.

High quality, fancy candles great for birthday cakes. They burn real slow so you can hide in wait with them lit to surprise that special someone when they come home. I could reuse them but it comes with so many that I don’t have to. Highly recommend.
