Will it lay flat in a vertical position for down the middle of my back?

This item has a slight curve. I think it could help you but you’ll need make sure to hold it in place if the belt can’t wrap around the alternate area that you’re wanting to use it on. i tried to use the heat pad, the vibrating portion works but when i try to use the heating part it flashes all 6 lights 3 times n then turns off?

I’d say if it came with a manual then check their since usually that’s a code for something either an issue or something else. And if anything contact the seller or Amazon to help resolve the issue either by a refund for defective product .
