excellent product at a great price, it is small and efficient. it will detect the type and voltage of the battery to provide the correct charging current and method. once the battery is full it goes into standby mode and acts as a trickle charger to prolong the life of a battery through long periods of inactive use. its a little noisy but this isnt a problem as it lives in the garage where only the mice can hear it!the led display is really bright and useful, it has charging voltage and amperage, the temperature and battery charge indicator.if i needed more of these then i would definately purchase again but i wager this will last for years and years.

Great little battery charger, will charge different types of battery. Uses 7 different modes to ensure an efficient charge cycle and is small enough to place under your bonnet without any problem.

This was better than expected, easy to use and charges very fast , plenty of options, display is terrible in daylight.

I had no idea until I was researching what I needed that modern car batteries require specific smart chargers. This one, after considerable research, is appropriate for the needs of my current car battery. It is very easy to use, the instructions are good, albeit they are quite small to read but I scanned them and converted to PDF so that I could blow them up, the only thing to remember is to set the required settings before plugging into the mains. Once this is connected to the battery you can setup the type of charge you need as the battery gives life to the charger, however, once the mains is plugged in you cannot change the settings.This does a fantastic job in charging the car battery, it can be used for other types too but I've bought this and only used this for the car. It seems to be of good quality, albeit, that I've never heard of the make. Good value for money.

This might look like a cheap and cheerful bit of kit , which it is but it certainly does the job.My car had been stood for a while and the battery was down to roughly 60% on power , popped it on charge and this little charger had it back up to 100% in just under 2hrs.Once the battery was back at full power the intelligent charge function automatically turned the charger off.If I was to pick spots off it , the only down side is the chargers cooling fan is a bit on the loud side but as it was in the shed , not really an issue .I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this little beast

Excellent compact light weight intelligent battery charger capable of restoring, recharging and optimising battery life and performance on a wide range of automotive batteries. Instructions are simple to follow the charger also has a well lit easy to read LCD screen giving constant information on battery status. There are 4 charging options, plus desulphication and pulse wave, and trickle charge kicks in after a full cycle has completed. I've used this product to great satisfaction and highly recommend it. No negatives other than the charger leads are short and could have been a little longer, this isn't a real problem though as being very compact and light weight the charger can comfortably sit on top of the battery whilst doing it's task, the mains lead is 2mtr approx length with13amp 3 pin plug for the UK market which can be plugged into an extension lead if required.

The media could not be loaded. This is an update to my previous 1 star review.The charger works great as long as the battery has not been completely discharged. When you connect the charger to the battery it gives a voltage reading then you turn the power on and it charges the battery. I was not aware when purchasing this item that the battery must have a minimum voltage for the charger to work. I don’t know what the minimum voltage is and haven’t found it stated in the instructions.Here’s my previous 1 star review:The charger would not work when connected to the battery. I have read all of the instruction book but can’t see any explanation. When I connect the battery the charger continues to beep. I would be grateful for any explanation.
