This waist trainer is great. It snatches you right up. I’ve been eyeing on this but I’ve seen really low ratings so it took me a while to buy one until I decided to try! I said I’ll just return it if it doesnt work good but it does!! Item works well as advertised! I tried a lot of waist trainer and I love this one the best I can control how tight I want it to be. I have purchased others similar to this on and this by far is the best! If your looking for back support as well as a smaller waist this is perfect.It’s so comfortable to wear to the gym!

I stand and lift a great deal. This waist trainer allows me to layer the wraps where I need the most support.Ad a shaper, I can wrap from 5he bottom to snatch up my belly apron, or from my breast bone for that signature hourglass look.

It's as comfortable as u make it. The support and stretch is awesome. Great wrap for walking and workouts. It stays in place doesn't roll up at all.

I was advertised this item so much so, that I read the reviews, saw some duplicate photos and thought, if it doesn't work, I'll just return it. I bought this item in hopes to loose some weight in my waist and help my posture. Though it has a great hold at first, I can not sit down without this band moving around! I am about 5.7 290 tummy heavy. I wear a 22/24 or a XXL. I have had this band for a month almost and have only wrapped it once where it didn't move and I had on additional shapeware. If loose skin say after weight loss or after childbirth, even posture correction, I would recommend. But for seamless shaping for a tummy heavy plus size (apple or pear shaped) works great with additional shapeware, just don't think I should need to wear additional shapeware. Hope this helps.
