Q: Will they vibrate for incoming calls?

I've only taken 2 calls on them so far and don't recall that they vibrated on the incoming. Just got the ringtone overriding whatever audio was going on in the earpiece.

Q: Are these good for voice to text?

Yes they work fine for talk to text. I use them in that fashion all the time
