This is a wonderful product. When I first tired it I was a bit skeptical about whether it would help, but ready to try anything I could to help my husband's painful knee from a torn miniscus. He was also amazed when it worked. He found that when he applies it 4 times a day he now has almost no pain. He was able to quite wearing the knee brace, do much more walking and standing from a sitting position was much easier. I was having arthritis pain in my left thumb and losing use of it with pain every day. I couldn't bend the first knuckle and had been this way for months. When I started applying Real Time Pain Relief Maxx to it 4 times a day the pain went away and now I am able to bend the knuckle and use the thumb as normal. Other fingers started swelling with arthritis and pain and so I started putting the lotion on these and have had pain relief and the swelling went away. I have recommended this to many friends and family members because it works like a miracle! I had been ordering the tubes of it, which are smaller portions. We were going through it so fast so I ordered the large pump bottle. When I first got it it came without a pump and I was so disappointed because it was hard to get out of the bottle. When the seller found out they contacted me and told me they wanted me to be pleased and were sending me a pump to use. I got it yesterday and they also included a bonus of some little packets of the lotion that I can carry with me to use away from home. It is so easy to dispense now with the pump! I really like that they wanted me to be happy with my order and went the extra mile to show me.

A good friend told me about Real Time Pain Relief Maxx. I figured I'd give it a try. I'm so glad I did. I work in healthcare taking care of hospice patients in their homes. I do a lot of heavy lifting and when I get home my back is so sore. When I use the Real Time it really helps with my aches and pains. I've even tell my patients family about the product and they've bought it as well.

Okay, I docked a star. Not because of the cream. The cream itself is amazing and absolutely helps. I docked the star because when I pay $40 for something, I expect the pump to work. The pump did not. That said, this cream is worth $40–if the pump works. Two years ago, I was diagnosed with guttate psoriasis. I ended up having a tonsillectomy and adenectomy. Getting rid of strep-harboring areas of my body cleared my skin. However, I run a high risk of developing rheumatoid arthritis. I haven’t seen a rheumatologist yet because it takes over a year to get an appointment. So I haven’t been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis yet—I do have a lot of chronic joint pain though. This cream helps my pain flares. It’s not a permanent fix. It helps while I wait for my Advil to kick in. It’s comparable to Icy Hot or Bio Freeze. I like Real Time better because it’s not greasy or sticky—it absorbs into the skin really well. I do smell like menthol afterwards but to me that’s a bonus perk because it helps my allergies. Now on to my warning—wash your hands after putting this stuff on. You don’t want to accidentally rub this in your eyes or DOWN THERE. It can make for a really uncomfortable evening. All in all, this was a good purchase. My mom swears by it—she’s the one who got me started on it—she has chronic joint pain too.

I broke my foot on vacation and another in our group gave be some of the MAXX. We were nowhere near a doctor, ER or hospital and he showed me how to use it. Worked well to subdue my pain.
