Great B-complex, easy to take
I got my blood work done and my doctor told me my B12 was low, so I started taking these Nature Made Super B Complex vitamins. I like that it includes all the B vitamins I need, not just B12, so it feels more well-rounded. So far I’m happy with them. In the pictures you can see how tiny they are, which I really appreciate because they’re super easy to take. They also have no taste at all. I’m hoping this helps get my levels back up, but overall I’m really glad I found these. Easy, simple, and no issues taking them daily.

Being a senior citizen besides my regular doctor prescribed medicine I also take other vitamin and minerals supplements to support my overall health.
