I bought this product so that I can have my hair done. Upon taking it out the package when I was getting my hair done, I was appalled at this hair was “dry rot”! It was unusable to do my hair. It was totally brittle and thin. I had to go out at time of getting my hair done to buy more for a hair store. My intent was to return the hair back thru Amazon, but because I only opened it the day I was getting my hair done, I was 5 days over the return product time period of 30 days. I will never purchase this hair again! It was awful!

I absolutely love this hair! The quality is amazing — soft, full, and exactly how I wanted it. It doesn’t tangle, it holds styles perfectly, and it looks very natural. The packaging was clean and professional, and the communication was great the whole time. I’m really satisfied with my purchase and I will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommended!
