A full function electric incense burner
The ZhengLong Electric Incense Burner has all of the features in an electric incense burner that most would want. It has a control unit with an on/off switch, timer options in hours, and a temperature control knob. So far, I very much like the burner, but have one minor complaint that I will mention below. Accessories that come with the burner comes are a small pair of tweezers, a small spoon, and a little stainless steel cup to hold resins. So far, I have used it to heat wood chips, resins, and incense cones. For the wood chips and cones, I cut a small, round piece of aluminum foil that fits in the burner bottom to sit the chip or cone on. You can, of course, just put the chips and cones directly on the burner, but then you will need to clean it often. Aluminum foil eliminates the need to clean it. My overall experience with the burner so far is that it does very well for everything I used in it. I cannot address long term reliability because mine is still relatively new. The only complaint that I have (which caused me to remove one star) is the difficulty reading the little temperate dial in normal room light. The readout is in degrees Celsius. You just rotate a little knob to point to the temperature that you you want. But since the temperature knob, temperature numbers, and control unit itself are all black, you need an adequate amount of light to determine the temperature that you are selecting. If the area that you have the burner is a little darker than the lighter part of the room, you might need a light source to read the temperature. That will become less of a problem, of course, as you get used to setting temperature because you can gain an idea what the temperature you are selecting by just noting how far you are rotating the knob. Yet, something like a contrasting color (like white) for the temperature numbers and knob pointer would have been a significant improvement.

Perfect
Works great, I heat it to around 240-260⁰C for a mixture of frankincense resin and sandalwood powder and it provides the perfect ratio of vapor to smoke for me. I like the auto shut off timer too. Doesn't take long to heat up either and the handles never get too hot to hold. Can't think of anything bad to say about it other than it seems to be hottest in the center and gets cooler as it gets towards the edges but I expected that. Still way better than charcoal, I can't go back to that now. Thanks. Will probably buy one of these for my friend for Christmas too

Worked One Time Then Never Worked Again
The product arrived in OK aesthetic condition but the operations mechanism (where you turn it on / off) was scuffed and looked used. I was so excited to try out the new incense burner with my resin from Mt. Athos in Greece. I was able to use it once and it worked OK, not great. Just OK. It burned for about 20 minutes. Later that day I tried to use it again and it would not warm up. Not on any of the settings. I tried again the next day. I sent a message to the Seller named August Osmanthus. He replied abruptly that I need to work with Amazon to get a refund and to "have a nice life" Hahaha.. I didn't know if this was meant in a derogatory or sincere way but there definitely was not any apology or desire to help with the defective product. I would not recommend buying this product as it seems this has happened to other people. Bummer!

This little electric incense burner really cooks!
This electric incense burner is great for burning resins. in the home. It provides great control over heating different types, and it gets hot enough to work with the harder resins that might require a higher heat point (frankincense and myrrh). If you want less smoke without sacrificing the aromatic quality, you can also control that. Blends work as well as single strains. I love that I can enjoy my incense without having to resort to charcoal every time. I love a good charcoal incense burn, but this gives me the chance to enjoy the aromatics without all the smoke. Highly recommended!

Works well hard to read temperature
Works as expected. It is hard for me read the read the temperature dial and preset time of burns because its black lettering on a black control. When I keep the lid on, I can smell the resin burning.
