The combs slip into grooves while the razor blade is intact. They are used to trim hair rather than completely shave it off. Like moustache trimmers that men use....leaves moustache but not so bushy.

Q: Can someone show me how to charge this with a cord that won’t push in far enough?

Just gotta make sure both prongs are in the holes and push until it cant go any further.
