I’ve tried a lot of fiber supplements over the years and most of them end up sitting in the pantry because they taste weird, get clumpy, or make everything feel like I’m drinking grainy water. This acacia fiber is the first one I’ve actually stayed consistent with because it mixes cleanly and disappears into whatever I put it in. Its effectively tasteless, which is also key. I started taking it for gut support and overall regularity and it has made a bigger difference than I expected. It’s gentle, no bloating, no discomfort, just steady improvement. I like that it is organic and doesn’t have any artificial ingredients because the simpler the better when it comes to gut health. One of the best parts is that it is heat stable. I add it to hot recipes without any problem. Pancakes, oatmeal, soups, even coffee when I remember. It dissolves easily and doesn’t change the taste or texture of anything. That makes it incredibly easy to work into daily habits without feeling like I am forcing a routine. The bag lasts a long time and the consistency stays the same all the way through. I've been suffering from constipation all my life. I tried many regimens - alternative & and Rx. I added Acacia fiber to my daily regimen taking guar gum, and psyllium husk and it worked. Taking guar gum and psyllium did not relieve my constipation but when I added/mixed the Acacia fiber, I got relieved from the constipation. It took a bit of time to find the right formula/ratio that works for me. The key to finding the right ratio is to increase the intake of Acacia fiber by 1 tsp at a time every 30 minutes for 3 times in one day. Now I can control my lifetime of long-suffering from constipation with a natural remedy - Acacia fiber and not the OTC or Rx medicine. In the past, I tried Heather's and Pipping Rock Acacia fibers. Nothing happened. There is no match for Advanced Acacia fiber. Great working product with affordable price. I'm using about 4 TBSP a day for me and my husband. (3 TBSP for myself and 1 TBSP for my husband.) I'm planning to increase my husband's intake of Acacia fiber when he is able to drink more water. It mixed with hot or cold really well. I used the ball jar for hot drinks such as coffee. Pour 1/2 cup of hot coffee into a ball jar and mix Acacia fiber by shanking and it dissolves perfectly. For cold drinks such as juice or water, I used a 16 oz water bottle with 4 oz of water and mixed Acacia fiber by shaking and It dissolved perfectly. It has a shake consistency and the taste is not bad without any added sugar to drink straight up after mixing it with water or juice. (I'll update with my husband's condition)

My medical condition requires the use of high doses of opioids, which cause major problems with constipation. Accacia fiber keeps me regular better than any other OTC product or prescription. It dissolves well in all hot liquids and has no taste. It doesn't change the texture of the liquid even after several hours. For me, it causes less intestinal gas or discomfort than Inulin. I wish the zipper on the bag would close properly. It didn't work on 2 previous orders.

While I generally won't use this as a drink, it is fairly flavorless when mixed with water. It doesn't dissolve very well, so hot water is essential with vigorous stirring to remove clumps. But I love making single servings of instant brown rice. I just hate that without adding cheese or a thickener, it remains watery. That's where the acacia powder comes in. A couple of scoops mixed in with the prepared rice(with extra water, because this thickens well) turns watery rice into a thick creamy rice. In addition to having a more pleasing texture, the fiber works with the brown rice to reduce hunger for even longer and requires less to feel full and satiated. So while it can be mixed with drinks or smoothies, I highly recommend using this in food preparation for added fiber and as a thickener for various recipes. Much better and healthier than corn starch.

When looking for an organic, non-GMO fiber with no additives, this fiber comes up as one of the very few products that meet all of those criteria. Since it is also one of the least expensive that fit the bill, we decided to give it a try. This is good fiber powder that readily dissolves in warm/hot liquids and can be easily used in baked goods. We have not tried it in cold liquids. Occasionally, we did experience a little clumping in liquids, but that was readily solved with a bit more vigorous stirring/blending. This fiber also does not seem to add flavor, which is a good thing, and makes it that much more versatile. Digestion of this fiber is great with no ill affects (no gas, etc.) and it does keep things nice and "regular". Although we don't have formal test results to show verified improvements, our "guts" definitely feel more stable and consistent when taking this fiber.

Great product and great customer service. I use this fiber powder in my smoothies, there is no taste. My last package shipped through Amazon was damaged and the Acacia fiber packaging was sliced open and leaking. I contacted the company and they shipped a new package right away

This is probably the fourth or fifth different Acacia fiber I’ve tried. It mixes well and gives me the health benefits I want. However, it has some kind of chemical taste that is unpleasant. It almost taste like chlorine. I actually changed my water filter because I thought it was from the water I was using, but then it still tasted like that. There are enough other choices that I will not be buying this again.
