I purchased this bag last month, I used very rarely. The leather is coming out I sent mail to customer care, waiting for the reply for the last 20 days. Don't buy and waste ur money. They replied after a month mentioning they r not responsible for any manufacturing defect and won't replace. If I want they will do repair. Don't go for this kind of brands even road side bags will stay more than 6 months.

Kolkata - 13 Jul 2025. Received few mins back. This review is regarding the delivery package. It was covered by a thin cloth bag and the strap was outside, with skin damage. This is not accepted on such a high valued product.
