Charcoal for cleansing the bloodstream.

I put this in gel capsules and travel with it! The first bout of food poinsoning i cleared with it convinced me of its value. To demonstrate its efficacy, i took two capsules before bed every night for a few weeks; then paid close attention to my mineral requirements. I was deficient. Stripping out minerals isn't great, but imagine what else it traps and evacuates.

I ordered this to add to some soap making I was planning on doing. But today for before work I poisoned myself. Long story short I stomack felt like it was twisted and bleeding. I took a few spoonfuls of this product and 20 mins later the pain was fading away. And I am now well. Didn't taste very good and when I added the fi4st spoonfuls in my mouth it was dry and I exhaled through my nose. And I seen back cloud coming out of my nose. So I will recommend you add you water a to something wet or a pill Capsule to avoid the nasty taste. But I think this could have saved my life or at the very least lots of cash, from a doctor visit. Now I plan on keeping some around regardless. It helps in so many ways.

This is extremely fine powder which is what I wanted. It’s a great product overall but I docked a star because the jar it came in was impossible to open. I had to use a knife to cut a hole in it instead.

Received on time. Seems like quality product. Need to use more to determine effectiveness.
