No more food swimming in fat!
I love my new roasting pan. I’ve used it once and it’s already paid for itself! I baked two meatloaves and they weren’t swimming around in fat while cooking. Very lightweight and does not stick. If that anything does, it wipes right off.

Great product with one (relatively) minor issue.
Great product; works exactly as intended. Only issue I have is that the edges are rather sharp and not smoothed off from the factory. Not a big deal - a few minutes with a dremel sanded them down, but out of the box it might be a little uncomfortable and potentially dangerous for small children. Heat distribution is perfect for cooking, and well worth the price.
