The media could not be loaded. I have worked in public schools for almost 20 years, and I use a pencil sharpener a lot. I was looking to replace the much-loved Bostitch electric sharpener that, after 10 years, finally quit. My only criteria to for a new one was: "Needs to be a total workhorse!" All of my students, kindergarten through 12th grade, are impressed with this pencil sharpener and use it easily. We sharpen everything in this machine, from fat starter pencils to hard-working Ticonderoga pencils, and it performs quickly and consistently every time. The points are both sharp and strong. It even fixes pencils that have been previously sharpened askew. Some of the features I love are: a built-in safety switch automatically stops the motor to prevent over-sharpening, a large shavings receptacle, a one-hole pencil sharpener for all sizes of pencils, led light indicates that it's in use, and suction cups that hold the sharpener to the desk. This sharpener works fast! And it stops automatically it has a large bin to collect the shavings it’s perfect for the classroom! It’s sleek and black so it will look amazing in a white desk I’ve owned various sharpeners but I will always go back to the teacher pro it’s my favorite 10/10

It’s much larger than I expected but I love the large size. The cup holds lots and lots of trimmings before needing to be emptied. I have tried different types of pencils in it from writing pencils to drawing and coloring pencils and it works well for them all. I like that it stops when the pencil is sharp enough so not to eat the whole pencil. It gets it nice and sharp and no point breaking while using the pencil. If you sharpen a lot of pencils and often,get it! You won’t regret this purchase!

Works awesome! Creates sharp pencils quickly. And it is QUIET. The ring even lights up as it's working. Emptying the shavings is easy. I very much recommend this sharpener.

I purchased 2, two years ago for use in my third grade class. They quickly and quietly sharpened multiple pencils for two years. The only trouble we had with the first set was tgat we had to hold the drawers shut. I purchased 2 more when the original pair stopped sharpening well and the new set works beautifully. The drawers stay in place, and these sharpen just as quickly and quietly as the original pair. My students and I are delighted.

We have been looking at a few other sharpeners hesitant to pick & I'm glad we did cause this sharpener is probably the BEST the cost was great and definitely worth every penny! We ordered for the kiddos coloring/ drawings and it's better than we expected! Plugged in and started using in the moment it hit the door step 😬 Each pencil ended up beautiful, no ruff edges and fine tips!! It sounds great when using!! We love how it's HUGE and the suction cups are perfect it's easy to move place to place If needed. definitely a 10 star!!

WOW where have I been. I have used and burned up/broken to many pencil sharpeners.I bought this and it works great and FASTUPDATE It has quit working as of today February 11 2023Was sharpening colored pencils and it jammed up. It is like a lead is broken off in it. You can't push the pencil in and it won't turn on.I've been a mechanic for the last 55 years. So tried to disassemble it remove the jam. AND for the likes of me I can't get it to come apart with out breaking something.NOT GOODOK It is now February 12th and I figured it out. There are a couple black headed screws on the underside. Take them out and it will allow you to pull the mechanism out to see the broken tilted lead that is jamming up the gizmo.It sharpens once again.
